For anyone who wishes to create a concession and purchases our Boats; we will supervise their operation from A to Z until they get under way. We offer a turn key operation for any one who wishes to create one of these concessions and make a lucrative and safe return on their monies. Documentation and spread sheets are available.
In Florida, REAL ESTATE COMPANYS will be selling our Houseboats as Homes and the BANK OF AMERICA has informed us that they will be happy to provide the mortgages for our "Floating Condos"with guaranteed water frontage at all times! One of our first production Boats will be the 18 foot and the 26 foot Field & Stream year around RV-Camper/Mini-Houseboat. These two models will initially be shown in many of the 25 Outdoor Sport shows and Expos that attract fellow Sportsmen every year. The other line of Boats will be Center Console Fishing, Bass Boats and our 46 FT and our 60 FT Motorized Houseboats for leisure cruising and Live Aboard luxury.

ALL OUR HOUSEBOATS HAVE 5086 ALUMINUM CATHEDRAL HULLS WHICH HAVE A 40 FOOT LENGTH, 8 FOOT 8 INCH WIDTH, AND 3 FOOT HIGHTH FOR USE AS A STORAGE BASEMENT. FOR LIVE ABOARDS, THIS SOLVES A MAJOR PROBLEM OF STORAGE.
Notation in reference to Dockage: Here in SouthWest Florida Boaters from all over the world spend half the year in bays and rivers and we have noticed that thousands of boaters just drop anchor. The use their dingy to get back and forth to shore and avoid the expense of having to pay for dockage and still enjoy our wonderful winter weather. (Our 5086 Aluminum that we use was designed by our U.S. Navy for Salt water useage. It requires less maintaince and is far stronger than any fiberglass hull. Infact as an option we can line half of the hull with close cell form to prevent sinkage and loss of your investment and luxury floating Home.) |
